(a) Prior to the issuance of any after-hours club or teen club license, the license application shall be submitted to the police department for review as provided in section 86-34. The police department shall provide information as to whether the applicant and each of the other individuals required to be listed in the license application has been convicted of any criminal act specified in section 86-370(a)(2). Such review shall be completed within 20 days after the license application is submitted to such department.

(b) Prior to the issuance of any after-hours club or teen club manager's license, each license application shall be submitted to the police department for review as provided in section 86-34. The police department shall provide information as to whether the applicant has been convicted of any criminal act specified in section 86-370(a)(2). Such review shall be completed within 20 days after the license application is submitted to such department.

(c) The police department shall only be required to provide the information specified in subsections (a) and (b) of this section and shall not be required to approve or disapprove the license application. (Ord. No. 98-86, §§ 12, 13, 11-30-1998)
