The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Containing hazardous materials, hazardous waste, or hazardous substances means transporting, carrying, holding, or otherwise accommodating hazardous materials, hazardous waste, or hazardous substances, which materials, waste, or substances are not being utilized as the primary source for fueling the vehicle's internal combustion engine.

Garage or garaging means the storing, housing, or indoor parking of vehicles.

Hazardous materials, hazardous waste, or hazardous substances means the same as that meaning ascribed to hazardous materials as set forth in section 5002 of the fire code, as adopted in section 66-26.

Park or parking means the standing or stopping of a vehicle, whether or not occupied.

Vehicle means any device which is capable of moving itself or being moved from place to place upon wheels or endless tracks. (Code 1979, § 16-38; Ord. No. 2015-62, § 11, 12-7-2015; Ord. No. 2005-12, § 119, 4-11-2005)
