Section 105 of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended to add subsection (c) which reads as follows:

(c) Violations and penalties. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the City, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this code or of the provisions of any code adopted by reference herein. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this code or any provisions of any code adopted by reference herein shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in the City Code of the City of Aurora, section 1-13.
