Section 301(a) of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended to add the following:

Separate permits for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work performed in conjunction with the installation of the manufactured home may be required by the chief building official when based upon installation requirements. Permit issuance and fees therefor shall be in conformance with the provisions of this code and all other codes specifically adopted by the City of Aurora which would be applicable to the types of work involved.
