All manufactured homes installed in accordance with this article shall bear a data plate which shows, among other information, that the home was designed for either standard wind (zone I) or hurricane resistive (zone II) and for either roof load north or middle zone. In addition, each home shall bear a heating/cooling certificate that indicates the home was designed to conform with the thermal insulation for either climatic zone 2 or 3 and the heating equipment has the capacity to maintain an average 70 degrees Fahrenheit at outdoor temperatures of one degree Fahrenheit or less.
