Sec. 86-367. License required.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) No person shall be permitted to operate an after-hours club in the city without a valid after-hours club license.
(b) No person shall be permitted to work as a manager of an after-hours club in the city without a valid after-hours club manager's license.
(c) No person shall be permitted to operate a teen club in the city without a valid teen club license.
(d) No person shall be permitted to work as a manager of a teen club in the city without a valid teen club manager's license. (Ord. No. 98-86, §§ 12, 13, 11-30-1998)
