The licensing authority may promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations pursuant to section 2-3 as may be necessary for the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of this division regarding the licensing of cabarets. (Code 1979, § 5-51; Ord. No. 97-43, § 21, 8-18-1997)
