No entertainment shall be offered or provided in a cabaret prior to 12:00 noon or later than 2:00 a.m. the succeeding day in locations permitted by the zoning code to remain open until 2:00 a.m., or no later than 12:00 midnight in locations required by the zoning code to close at 12:00 midnight.
