(a) Regular and special meetings. Regular meetings of the building code board shall be held once per quarter at a date and time set by the building code board. Special meetings may be held at the call of the chairperson or vice-chairperson and at a date and time set by the board. The members shall elect such other officers as they deem necessary to transact business.

(b) Quorum. Two members shall constitute a quorum.

(c) Officers. At the first regular meeting of each calendar year, the members shall elect one of their members to serve as chairperson and one as vice-chairperson.
