(a) Any taxpayer that operates a new or existing lawful, for-profit business in the city shall be eligible to apply for an incentive under the new job reward program. Each application shall be made on forms approved by the director of planning or the director's designee.

(b) Each application shall be submitted within the same 12-month period in which the taxpayer reasonably expects to create jobs that meet the criteria established by section 130-523(c). (Ord. No. 2013-09, § 1, 3-18-2013; Ord. No. 2012-07, § 1, 3-5-2012; Ord. No. 2010-22, § 1, 5-17-2010)
