A. Generally. Existing signs that do not conform to the provisions of this Section 146-4.10 shall not be re-erected when removed from their supporting structure. They may be re-erected if the location and the sign are made to conform to the provisions of this Section 146-4.10 or any other ordinance or regulation.

B. Discontinued Business. Any existing sign that advertises a defunct business or an unavailable entity, product ,or service is declared to be a nuisance and shall be removed by the owner, agent, or person having the control of the premises upon which such sign may be found as required by Section 146-4.11.1.E (Maintenance Requirements; Signs).
