Sec. 94-345. Prohibited purchase.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure for any minor any article which the minor is forbidden by law to purchase.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any minor to engage or utilize the services of any other person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure for such minor any article which the minor himself or herself is forbidden by law to purchase. (Code 1979, § 23-5)
