(a) Any owner, lessee, agent, employee, operator, or occupant who knowingly maintains, aids or permits the maintaining of gambling premises commits unlawful maintaining of a gambling premises.

(b) All gambling premises are common nuisances which shall be subject to abatement as provided by law, including any such premises that are located within an authorized entertainment district. (Code 1979, § 27-101; Ord. No. 2017-56, § 3, 10-30-2017)
