Sec. 86-554. Minimum age.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to be upon the premises of a sexually-oriented business.
(b) It shall be unlawful for the licensee or any employee of the licensee to allow anyone under the age of 18 years upon the premises of a sexually-oriented business.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to provide live nude entertainment upon the premises of a sexually-oriented business. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 18, 11-30-1998)
