(a) No person shall be permitted to operate a sexually-oriented business in the city without a valid sexually-oriented business license.
(b) No person shall be permitted to work as a manager of a sexually-oriented business in the city without a valid manager's license. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 18, 11-30-1998)
