(1) Approving professional organizations or credentialing agencies; and

(2) Verifying exempt status of individuals, in keeping with the intent of this division; and

(3) Exempting additional practices from the requirements of this division; and

(4) If there is a continued pattern of criminal behavior regarding sexual misconduct, or criminal intent that is related to human trafficking disguised as a legitimate exemption, the finance director may, at his or her discretion, determine that a practice is no longer exempt.
