Sec. 86-41. Compliance with conditions of license.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to whom a license has been issued, or any officer, agent, or employee thereof, to fail to comply with all conditions printed on or attached to such license. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 2, 11-30-1998)
