(1) Any person licensed pursuant to C.R.S. tit. 44, arts. 3, 4, or 5, or any employee or agent of such licensee, to violate any provision, section, or subsection of C.R.S. § 44-3-901, as amended;

(2) Any person to manufacture, sell, or possess for sale, any alcohol beverage unless licensed to do so pursuant to C.R.S. tit. 44, arts. 3, 4, or 5 and this article; or

(3) Any person engaged in business as defined by City Code to permit the consumption of alcohol beverage(s) within their business when the business is not licensed for the consumption of alcohol beverages on the premises pursuant to C.R.S. tit. 44, arts. 3, 4, or 5 and this article.
