(a) In addition to any license fees required to be paid to the state department of revenue, each licensee shall pay to the local licensing authority an annual local license fee. The schedule of local license fees for each license issued under this division shall be established by the finance director in accordance with the provisions of section 2-587, subject to the limitations set forth in C.R.S. §§ 44-3-505(4) and 44-4-107(2), as amended.

(b) Eighty-five percent of the local license fees set forth in subsection (a) of this section shall be paid to the state department of revenue, as provided for in C.R.S. § 44-3-505(3), as amended.

(c) In addition to any fees required to be paid to the state department of revenue, each applicant shall pay to the local licensing authority a fee for the investigation and issuance of a special events permit. The fee schedule for special events permits issued under this division shall be established by the finance director in accordance with the provisions of section 2-587, subject to the limitations set forth in C.R.S. § 44-5-107(2), as amended.
