Relocating or changing the location of a license premises to another geographical location requires filing a change of location application and obtaining approval from the local licensing authority. Licensees are not permitted to sublet any portion of the licensed premises. No change of location shall be approved if the new proposed location does not comply with the zoning, location and spacing requirements set forth in the City Code. (Ord. No. 2020-15, § 7, 5-21-2020)
