It is the purpose of this division for the City of Aurora, Colorado, to exercise its local option to allow common consumption areas in the city by establishing an entertainment district as provided in C.R.S. § 44-3-301(11), as amended. The requirements in this division shall be considered in addition to all the requirements set forth in the Colorado Liquor Code to allow common consumption areas in the City. (Ord.
