(a) It shall be the duty of the city employee taking an appearance bond to take and collect therefor a bond fee, as determined or established pursuant to subsection (b) of this section, for each bond taken and, on that day or the next court day, report to and pay over all fees so collected to the municipal court.

(b) It shall be the duty of the city employee processing a failure to appear or failure to pay warrant to take and collect therefor a processing fee, as determined or established, pursuant to subsection (c) of this section, for each warrant processed and, on that day or the next court day, report and pay over all fees so collected to the municipal court.
