The director of library, recreation and cultural services shall provide records, information, supplies, clerical and technical support, financial and budget support and administrative staff support as requested by the Aurora Fox Arts Center Board, provided that such requests shall be reasonable both as to their extent and content so as not to place an undue burden upon the library, recreation and cultural services department or the City.
