Sec. 34-132. Artist selection.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) The procedure for selection of artists to provide artwork for the city shall consist of one of the following:
(1) Open competition;
(2) Invitation;
(3) Commission;
(4) Guest curator selection; or
(5) Direct purchase.
(b) One procedure shall be chosen by the art in public places commission depending upon the proposed project. (Code 1979, § 29-117; Ord. No. 2000-36, § 2, 5-15-2000)
