Section 115 of the 2021 IBC, 108.5 of the IMC, 108.5 of the IFGC, 108.5 of the IPC and Section R114.1 of the IRC are amended to read as follows:
Posting of a written notice in a conspicuous location on the property shall be considered adequate notice when such persons are not available on the premises. Removal of such notice by unauthorized persons shall be unlawful.
