Section 305.4.1 of the IPC is deleted in its entirety and amended to read as follows:

305.4.1 Sewer depth.

Building sewers that connect to private sewage disposal systems shall be installed in accordance with Tri-County Health Department requirements. When a permit has been obtained to connect an existing building or existing work to the public sewer or to connect to a new private disposal facility, backfilling of private sewage disposal facilities abandoned consequent to such connection is included in the building sewer permit.
