Sec. 2-963. Fees.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) The city clerk is authorized to establish fees and late filing penalties in accordance with section 2-587 for:
(1) Filing of lobbyist registration statements as required by section 2-953(a):
(2) Amending lobbyist registration statements as required by section 2-953(d); and
(3) Filing quarterly financial reports as required by section 2-954(a).
(b) The clerk shall establish a fee schedule and make said schedule available to the public online. (Ord. No. 2021-08, § 1, 3-22-2021)
