Whenever the city finds that any user has violated or is violating any provision of this article, any rule or regulation promulgated under this article or any prohibition, limitation, or requirement of his or her wastewater discharge permit, the general manager may serve upon such person a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Within 30 days of the date of the notice, a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof shall be submitted by the user to the general manager. (Code 1979, § 39-106(c); Ord.
