Sec. 138-294. Revocation of permit.

Any user who violates any conditions of this article or applicable state and federal regulations is subject to having his or her wastewater discharge permit revoked. Grounds for permit revocation include but are not limited to:
(1) Failure of a user to factually report the wastewater constituents and characteristics of his or her discharge;
(2) Failure of the user to report significant changes in operations or wastewater constituents and characteristics;
(3) Refusal of reasonable access to the user's premises for the purpose of inspection or monitoring, or reviewing or copying records; or
(4) Violation of any condition of the wastewater discharge permit. (Code 1979, § 39-106(b))
