Amount. Every vendor shall be liable and responsible to the city for the monthly payment of an amount equivalent to eight percent of all of such vendor's gross taxable sales, plus any tax collected by such vendor in excess of this amount. (Code 1979, § 36-131; Ord. No. 2019-36, § 1, 7-15-2019)
