(1) Observing safety requirements established pursuant to license responsibilities;

(2) Having in his or her possession, at all times, the certificate for the work he or she is performing or supervising;

(3) Presenting the certificate when requested by the building inspection division;

(4) Faithfully constructing, without substantial departure from the drawings and specifications filed and approved by the director of public works and the permit issued for such, unless changes are approved by the director of public works;

(5) Paying any fees assessed under the authority of this article; and

(6) Obeying any order or notice issued under authority of this article. (Code 1979, § 34-43.4)
