The provisions of Colorado Special Improvement Districts in Municipalities Law, appearing in C.R.S. tit. 31, art. 25, pt. 5(C.R.S. § 31-25-501 et seq.), as amended, are adopted by reference, except as they may differ from or conflict with provisions contained in the Charter or this Code governing the creation, assessment, financing or other matters relating to special improvement districts.
