The city manager shall develop a policy for the storage of personal property removed from an abated unauthorized camp. The policy shall be presented to the city council for council's approval. The policy shall address the types of personal property that shall be stored, the length of the storage period for unattended personal property, the length of the storage period for the personal property for individuals receiving homelessness services, and the location and accessibility of the storage facility.
