The city of Aurora, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the "plan sponsor"), hereby establishes the City of Aurora Elected Officials' and Executive Personnel Defined Benefit Plan (the "plan") effective January 1, 2001. The plan is intended to qualify under code section 401(a) and the trust created in connection with the plan is intended to be exempt under code section 501(a). (Ord. No. 2001-70, § 2, 11-19-2001)
