10-5 Contracts and conveyances.

The mayor shall sign when required by ordinance those contracts and agreements to which the city is a party and he shall also sign all documents effecting a conveyance by the city of an interest in land. The city clerk shall attest the mayor's signature under the seal of the city. (Ord. No. 79-119, § 1, 11-6-1979)
