The city attorney and the assistants shall represent the city in all legal proceedings, supervise the drafting of all ordinances and the preparation of all other legal documents. The city attorney shall attend all council meetings and shall perform all services incident to the position as may be required by this Charter or the ordinances of the city. (Ord.
