The designation –FPO refers to those areas subject to the flood protection provisions in Chapter 70 of the Aurora City Code, and all provisions of Chapter 70 and related provisions of the Aurora City Code shall apply to such lands. (Ord. No. 2019-49 § 1, 08-19-2019)
