No provision of this UDO shall operate to modify or invalidate any vested right approved by the City prior to the Effective Date, including but not limited to those approved in a development agreement or other agreement approved by the City and those included on a site-specific development plan approved by the City (based on provisions regarding vested rights and site-specific development plans that applied prior to the Effective Date).
