(a) It shall be unlawful for any person who is released on bail bond arising out of an alleged violation of this Code to knowingly violate any condition of the bail bond.

(b) A person convicted under this section shall not be eligible for probation or a suspended sentence. Any incarceration ordered by the court as a result of a conviction under this section shall be served consecutively with any sentence for the offense on which the person was on bail.
