It shall be unlawful for any building or place to be used by members of a criminal street gang for the purpose of the commission of the offenses listed in article VI of chapter 10 of this Code; article II of chapter 58 of this Code; articles II, III and IV of this chapter; divisions 1 through 4 of article V of this chapter; and article VI of this chapter; or C.R.S. tit. 18(C.R.S. § 18-1-101 et seq.), and every building or place, wherein or upon which criminal conduct by gang members takes place is declared a nuisance and shall be enjoined, abated, and prevented and for which damages may be recovered, whether it is a public or private nuisance.
