It shall be unlawful for any dealer or pawnbroker or any other person engaged in the sale, rental or exchange of any weapon to display or place on exhibition in any show window or other window facing upon any street of the city any pistol, revolver or other firearm with a barrel less than 12 inches in length or any illegal weapon.
