Sec. 94-115. Obstructing.

It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter on streets, sidewalks, crosswalks, walks in public parks or any other public place such that they obstruct the free and uninterrupted use of the street, sidewalk, crosswalk, or public place by any other person.
