All units installed in accordance with this division shall bear a data plate which shows, among other information, that the home was designed for either standard wind (zone I) or hurricane-resistive (zone II) and for either roof load north or middle zone. In addition, each home shall bear a heating/cooling certificate that indicates the home was designed to conform with the thermal insulation requirements for either climatic zone 2 or 3 and the heating equipment has the capacity to maintain an average 70 degrees Fahrenheit at outdoor temperatures of one degree Fahrenheit or less.
