(a) All electrical installations in a manufactured housing park shall comply with all state and local electrical codes.

(b) No power line shall be permitted to lie on the ground or to be suspended less than 18 feet above the ground.

(c) Downcast street and yard lights sufficient in number and intensity to permit the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at night shall be provided. (Code 1979, § 24-12)
