(a) All plumbing in manufactured housing parks shall comply with the building and health regulations of the city and the state.

(b) An approved system of sanitary sewers shall be provided in all manufactured housing parks.

(c) Sewage disposal shall be by connection to city lines or approved sanitation districts.

(d) Each manufactured housing space shall be provided with at least a three-inch sewer connection, trapped below frost line, with the invert of the flow line not less than one inch above the surface of the ground. The sewer connection shall be provided with suitable fittings so that a watertight connection can be made between the unit drain and the sewer connection. Such individual connections shall be so constructed that they can be closed when not linked to a dwelling unit and shall be trapped in such a manner as to maintain them in an odor-free condition.

(e) All manufactured housing sanitary sewer collection systems for each unit shall be maintained in continuous compliance with the requirements in this section, and in compliance with section 138-259 of this Code. (Code 1979, § 24-9)
