(a) Each manufactured housing park shall be maintained as to create a well-drained site so that its drainage will not endanger any water supply or provide potential breeding places for insects or rodents.

(b) All parks shall be systematically treated as necessary, through safe and sanitary extermination, to control the infestation of rodents and insects. (Code 1979, § 24-8)
