Every manufactured housing space shall be provided with a covered vault or building with a minimum of 36 square feet of space for the storage of personal property. This requirement may be met by a building providing a like amount of space for each manufactured home space, provided such building is within 200 feet of the manufactured housing space which it serves, and is fire resistant construction, as provided for in the building code.
