Access roads surfaced with concrete, asphaltic concrete, asphalt or other comparable surfacing as approved by the director of public works shall be provided to each manufactured housing space. Access roads shall be continuous, and shall consist of either two-way circulation roads or one-way circulation roads with a minimum width of 15 feet. A clearance distance of no less than 15 feet shall be maintained at all times by the owner, manager, and residents of each park. "No parking-firelane" signs shall be posted as needed to ensure such a clearance distance. Curves on roads shall have a minimum inside radius of not less than 15 feet for one-way drives, or 28 feet for two-way drives. All such roads shall be kept clear of all obstructions to allow movement of vehicles at all times. Access roads shall be maintained in good condition at existing widths or applicable standards.
