Any manufactured housing park in existence as of January 1, 1997, shall have till the following specified dates to be in compliance with the following specified sections.

(1) With regard to section 9-31(a)(1), relating to the park license application to be filed with the City by park owners or managers, January 1, 1998.

(2) With regard to section 9-34(a)(1), relating to separation requirements for manufactured housing units, January 1, 2007; except that each park shall submit to the director of planning no later than January 1, 1998, a satisfactorily detailed plan for achieving such compliance. The city shall inspect each park at intervals of two or three years to ensure that satisfactory progress is being made in accordance with the plan submitted to the City. The failure of the owner and manager of any park to comply with the plan submitted on behalf of the park shall constitute a violation of this chapter.

(3) With regard to section 90-34(a)(3), relating to separation and other requirements for accessory structures, January 1, 2002.

(4) With regard to section 90-35, relating to various requirements for access roads and firelanes, January 1, 1999.

(5) With regard to section 90-43(e), relating to the shielding of certain propane tanks, January 1, 1998. (Ord. No. 96-61, § 9, 12-16-1996)
