Section 501(a) of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended to read as follows:

(a) General. A manufactured home shall be installed on a foundation system which is designed and constructed to sustain, within the stress limitations specified in the building code, all loads specified in the building code. The foundation design shall be in accordance with the soil report and shall be made by a Colorado-licensed engineer.
